Shopping in a smart pocket format? With the dm app, you can not only buy your favorite products, but also access our glückskind and PAYBACK services. You can also find all of your coupons in one overview here. You log in using your existing dm customer account. This means the app is tailored to your personal needs.

The best functions at a glance

Get an overview of our range
Our search function, all product categories and our scan function give you a quick and easy overview of our range. Simply click through our range, search for specific brands or scan products, view products you have previously purchased, put them on your wish list or start shopping straight away.

Find your dm store
You can search for dm stores in your area using direct access to the store finder. This gives you quick and easy access to service information for all dm stores. You can also save your preferred dm store in the app and see the stock of goods in the selected dm store on the product pages in addition to online availability. Once you have saved your dm store, you can also check your shopping cart for express pickup and use this new delivery method.

All your coupons combined
In the "Coupons" section you will find an overview of the current discount coupons from dm. To see further details, tap directly on the coupon.

One app for all dm services
From now on you can get all dm, glückskind and PAYBACK coupons in just one coupon center. This makes the path from coupon activation to redemption in the store or when ordering online as easy as possible.

Step 1: Activate coupons
You can add individual coupons to your account using the "Activate" button. You can redeem these in your dm store or when ordering online. You can find the redemption conditions and further information on the respective coupon.

You can find your customer card in the "My account" area. To redeem all activated coupons, you can scan your QR code yourself on the customer display at the checkout.

All activated coupons that match your order are automatically included in the shopping cart. If an activated coupon does not match your purchase, it remains active and can be redeemed the next time you shop.

Completely individual with "My Account"
In the "My Account" area, services such as glückskind and PAYBACK are available to you. Thanks to the link to your PAYBACK account, you receive your purchase history with product recommendations. You can also collect PAYBACK points with every purchase in the app. Here you will find your customer card as well as "Help & FAQs".
